Key Responsibilities
- Deliver transformative dental care, leveraging cutting-edge practices, ethics, and professionalism.
- Collaborate with the Director of Dental Services to innovate dental policies and implement agile quality improvement procedures.
- Analyze current practices and drive enhancements to optimize patient flow, digital dental records, billing systems, and appointment practices.
- Lead, mentor, and empower dental ancillary staff to embrace innovative policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Provide emergency call coverage as scheduled, integrating established protocols with modern best practices.
- Drive community engagement through active participation in health events, school screenings, tech-infused health fairs, and broader social initiatives.
- Engage dynamically in the Performance Improvement Program to continuously elevate service quality.
- Embrace additional responsibilities to support the dental department's strategic goals.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited dental school with a visionary mindset.
- Possession of a Texas dental license.
- Proven clinical dental experience in innovative dentistry practices.
- Deep knowledge of disruptive dental techniques and practices, especially within community health centers.
- Proficient at managing multiple agile deadlines and complex decision-making responsibilities.
- Proficiency in Spanish is a valued asset.
